Day 4 NYFW; Tassels Galore.

Noon by Noor was actually one of the shows I contacted to score tickets but when my friend D called to tell me her brother got us seats, I was super excited. She took the train in from DC just to join me. On line, I ran into my new friend Mairanny who got a ticket from her friend who was second row (I had third). No matter, I dragged our whole crew to the front row anyway LOL.

Mairanny and me :)

I looked to my left and lookie who I spotted! I ran over and snapped a pic with Kate Bosworth. She's so pretty and tiny. She told me she liked my coat :)

Unfortunately this was the best pic from the bunch. She has the same expression in every pic. I really need to start posing in the mirror and practice a go-to expression.

The show was chock full of grey and tan  - lots of vintage looking coats and random chunky booties and slides. I'm not sure what was up with the bathrobe coats and the pajamas.

After the show we tried to get back into the VIP lounge (no-go) and the Tresemme salon was closed (I wanted my friend D to get her hair done) so while D went to lunch with her brother and niece, Mairanny once again graciously shot me. She's seriously so talented. I had a hard time choosing which to use because there were so many good ones - I just couldn't decide. I clearly used most of them LOL. We also made a cameo in Luna Vega's YouTube video - we're at the 0:37 mark if you want to watch :)

As you can tell, outdoor lighting is always better.

This is the outfit I actually planned on wearing to the first day of shows (technically day 2 of my adventures) but I didn't think I could handle these heels all over town. The coat is spectacular and always attracts a lot of attention. The only downside is that is sheds like crazy, especially on darker colors. When I got this H&M dress I knew it was going to make a cameo one day at NYFW and it goes perfectly with the coat. Love those tassels. Added another pop of color with the turquoise accessories. And the shoes! I've been waiting a year to wear these Rochas heels that I scored for 90% off at Century. Can't believe I almost sold them. So good!

My look from head to toe:
  • Hat: Portolano Cashmere, Century 21, $3.50
  • Sunglasses: Moschino, Century 21, $60 - but free with rewards
  • Earrings: A.V. Max, gifted (thanks guys!)

You can shop my look here:

My fur loves to shed - even all over my Chloe.

My jewelry is actually all from A.V. Max. If you follow me on Insta you'll note almost every picture of me has them tagged in it LOL. These pieces were gifted to me and I LOVE them. I went a little tassel crazy but I just couldn't resist. The good news is that next week I'll be having a A.V. Max $50 giftcard giveaway so you too can get your hands on their gorgeous baubles :)

Ugh, my nails are so crooked!

And last but not least, another shoefie with the rest of my accessories for good measure.

Stay tuned for day 5 of my crazy week! You can go back and read one, two and three if you missed them.
