Le Hoarder: Dannijo earrings

When I picked up this super cute H&M tunic dress on the sale rack for $5 last week, I knew it was time to do a fashion post. It's huge but so colorful, comfortable...and I mentioned the $5 part, right? This ensemble retailed for about $1000 and I paid under $60. That's just how I roll :)

So I may not have mentioned but I got a new DSLR camera. My husband tried to buy me one for my birthday. He went to Amazon and chose one with amazing reviews. When it arrived I teared up because I was so impressed...until I opened the box and looked at the camera. He got me an ancient used Canon. You know I don't have a problem with anything used but he got me the equivalent to a brick phone - you know, one of the original portable phones from a billion years ago. I looked at the Amazon reviews and they were 10 years old. Oy. I returned it and found my new Canon on Slickdeals. I've been having fun buying lenses but so far I have not made it off the automatic settings. My kids are getting pretty good at shooting me with it too :)

I thought about wearing a pair of my new Rockstuds but I decided to pull out my LK Bennett Summer sandals out for one last hurrah this season.

Remember a couple weeks ago when I went to the Korres sample sale? I mentioned how much I loved their eye makeup...and they totally hooked me up :) I now have four new Professional Volume mascaras (over $20 each) and a set of six Volcanic Minerals eye pencils ($42.50). Right now their makeup is only available in the US at HSN and it's seriously the only stuff I can wear on my super sensitive eyes without an allergic reaction. (I'm wearing the blue pencil here.)
