I looked at a bunch of similar fur and knit capes at Century but they were all $80+. This one was just $13! At this point I'm going to put it away for next year. I'm ready to pull out my sandals already.
Found another Morris Moskowitz vintage leather purse. I love vintage bags, even the slightly dated ones as long as they are leather and they don't smell. You can tuck the strap inside and wear it as a clutch. It was $4 :)
Around here I usually find DVF for $50 even at the thriftstore. I was pretty happy to find this olive wool knit dress for $25. In my 20s I used to live in turtleneck sleeveless dresses and tops. I like how this one has a small cap sleeve - more flattering for my now fuller arms.
Couldn't believe they marked this new with tags orange LK Bennett dress just $20! It's a size too small but I'll save it for next year. Everything I bought ahead in a size smaller last year fits this year - so I'm hoping to drop another size by next winter too.
And if you couldn't already tell, I'm a little obsessed with orange (and green, and blue, and black...) so this untagged dress was a no-brainer at $15. Looks designer to me. Check out the corset seaming at the waist.
Love the contrast of the green snakeskin against my orange dress. This Shirl Miller vintage clutch was just $6. I can't believe someone put this baby down - found it hidden amongst the shoes. The color is gorgeous.
It was the details on this Anne Fontaine wool jacket that caught my eye. Love the geometric collar, and the waist fits to perfection. Similar pieces of hers go for $500-1000. I'm worried it's going to be too big next year but I'll worry about it then.
And finally, these Tods heels were just 8 bucks! I love when the store doesn't know a designer!!! And better yet, they're my size :)
That's it for now! Fingers crossed for more amazing thrifted designer goodies this year :)
