Shopping Insanity. Century 21 75% off and Target toys 70% off!!!

This morning Target toy clearance hit 70% off! This happens 2x a year (right after X-mas and now) and for my kids, it's a can't miss event. This is the only time I let them loose in the toy department and they can choose any toy they want with a red sticker (and 70% off). My kids slept in their clothing and hopped out the door at 8am (we were running late) with a snack in their hand.

This year I only hit one store in Hackensack, NJ. In years past we've hit several stores but now that I've been shopping this sale for several years I'm getting better and better at editing. Plus I'm a little broke right now LOL. If you've never been, this is when you buy all your holiday and birthday gifts for the next six months.

Typically Target condenses all the sale toys into an isle or two, but you can often find some things hidden on the regular shelves if they have not already re-set them. Don't forget to check the endcaps as well.

This is the first time I've found Legos at 70% off - typically they sell out at 30-50% off around here.

Century 21 FINALLY started marking down to 75% off on Monday. As of today, everything is marked down. Last sale I cleaned up - but this time they transferred out a lot of merchandise to other locations where they could sell them for more rather than mark them down :( Needless to say I was pretty pissed.

I'm still sorting thru all my goodies - so here are a few highlights from the sale :)

Got these Marc by Marc Jocobs sandals for less than $30. The Bergen Mall offers a coupon booklet (available at the mall office near Target) with a $20 off $100 C21 coupon. I had several so I split up my transactions until I ran out of coupons LOL. The coupon expires today and the office is actually out of booklets - but you have one stashed away use it tonight! They said the next booklets won't be out until August 11th.

I WISH these Miu Mius were my size! They are for my niece (yes, you M!) and were less than $60! Several items were still marked 'pay half' but rang up 75% off :)

As you know, I've been obsessed with evening bags of late. I found this Lanvin hiding on the shelf next to cheapy $10 clutches LOL. With my coupon it came out to less than $70 from $1000 :)

After my sunglasses haul from the last sale I decided to see what they had. It was slim pickings but I managed to score a pair of Fendis, three House of Harlows and a pair of Ray Bans. I'll be keeping the bottom three for sure :) After coupon they all came out to about $12 each LOL.

And it seems I'm a sucker for a blue dress. This Costume National beauty came out to around $80 after coupon.  It was $1,190 on Shopbop :)

Throughout the store look for 75% off signs for the best deals - they were everywhere!

Also - don't forget to check out the men's department. There were designer suits for under $100 and dress shirts and ties for $3-4 - no joke! Also, lots of $2 flip flops in the kids shoe department.

Anyway, get your behinds to Target and C21- these are sales you don't want to miss! I'll post my complete haul on my next blog - I just wanted to give you guys a heads up!
