Cheap $1-3 kids clothing at Children's Place! Hurry!

These days most of my kids stuff comes from thrift stores (or Nordstrom Rack) where I can put together boutique outfits for next to nothing but every so often I like to stock up on cheap basics from Children's Place.

Gone are the days where I'd buy leather jackets for $2.99 at TCP but you can still score some killer deals if you play their sale game correctly.

Right now at The Children's Place there is an additional 40% off clearance that is automatically applied to everything in your cart. If you stack it with code: 25PLACE3 for an additional 25% off, pieces come down to next to nothing. Plus shipping is free on any order. I also used ebates for an additional 2% cash back :)

I always scoop up their 3/4 sleeve ruffle shrugs so my girls can layer them over their strappy/sleeveless dresses. Right now they only have blue left in 5/6 and 7/8 but for $2.16 I'm gonna grab them.

I also picked up some basic white T's for layering because I always can use a clean white top. These came out to $2.36 a piece.

These cute watermelon capris are just $1.80 after discounts! These are great to wear under skirts if if your kid likes to hang upside down in the playground :)

They have tons of girls and boys stuff for a couple bucks a piece but no deals on dresses this time. Tip - try to avoid the "web only" pieces (unless you're 100% sure!) as they can't be returned in-store - everything else can be returned at your local TCP.

The extra 25% off code is good thu July 14th and you can print it (here) in case you want to hit the store to check out the deals there.

Also - I'll be announcing the winner of my birthday giveaway either later today or first thing in the morning :)

Happy shopping!
